The Madrura Apple Cider Vinegar is obtained by transforming Apple Juice into Cider and then Cider into Vinegar, thanks to the action of the "Mother". The vinegar is then micro-filtered but not pasteurized and therefore maintains all its beneficial and nutritional properties.
