SHIPPING COSTS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
AVAILABILITY
Product availability is always indicated on the product detail page.
There are different levels of availability:
Product available: the product can be ordered immediately and in a short time will arrive at home.
Product with limited availability: there are few quantities of the product, order it now so you won't be left without it!
Product not available: the product is temporarily out of stock but if you want to be informed when it becomes available again you can enter your email address and you will be notified as soon as the product is back in the catalogue. You can also order products that are not available, they will be shipped when the product is available again.
Product available from a certain date: these are the products in 'Day one' or previews of the products that will soon be available in the catalogue. To make sure you don't miss a chance to buy one, order it now! The shipment will be performed as soon as the product is available in stock.
SHIPPING TIMES
When you view the pages of our catalogue you can see the expected date of shipment of a certain product.
How is this time estimated?
In addition to availability, you must also take into account the time required to process your order. The orders with the fastest delivery are those made with online payment (credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery to the carrier) and with delivery method by express courier.
Different payment methods and delivery methods can change the shipping time. For example, delayed payment types, such as bank transfer, may vary the date of shipment. In these cases, the order will be processed upon receipt of the confirmation of credit in the bank.
At the end of the order, based on your selections, you will find the estimated date of shipment. The shipping date indicates the day on which we entrust your order to the courier for the management of the delivery. At most Italian locations the delivery is within 2/4 working days while in Europe it will take about a week and Extra EU about a month.
To get an idea of the estimated time for each destination in Italy, please consult the table of the Courier. NB: You must specify that the place of departure is Padua.
The date indicated may however vary for the better or for the worse for organisational and logistical reasons.
Once you have confirmed your order and selected your preferred method of payment and delivery, Santa Luthia processes your order and delivers the products to the carrier for shipping to your home.
MODES OF DELIVERY
When will the courier arrive? I wasn't at home and couldn't collect my parcel, what do I do now?
Santa Luthia allows you to choose the delivery mode that you prefer and that best meets your needs:
Express Courier
oThe fastest delivery method to your home: 2/4 working days, except in poor locations, since the courier picks up the goods from our warehouse. Moreover, with only € 4.99 you can choose the option "Delivery at an agreed time": this way if you are not at home when the courier arrives for the first time, you will be contacted directly by the courier to make a new appointment.
oTo get an idea of the estimated time for each destination in Italy, Europe or Extra EU, please consult the table of the Courier. NB: You must specify that the place of departure is Padua.
Delivery to the floor
oThe ideal solution especially for heavier products. The delivery times are a bit longer than the express courier, but you will have the convenience of receiving the material directly into your home. After processing your order, within a few days, you will be contacted by the courier to set the delivery date.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The cost of transport is determined primarily on the basis of the weight/volume of the products purchased. It may vary by selecting additional services, such as floor delivery, installation or rescheduled delivery. The details of the costs will always be updated in the shopping cart as you make your choices.
RECEIPT OF YOUR PURCHASES
At any time you can check the status of your orders in your Santa Luthia account by selecting "order tracking".
Some small tips for receiving the goods:
Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tape.
If possible, unpack the product immediately and check for damage.
In case of visible tampering and/or breakage, you must immediately object the shipment and/or delivery by writing "GOODS ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO CONTROL..." (indicate reason) on the delivery document received by the courier.
Then immediately send us a report by email to info@santaluthia.com specifying the type of damage or problem.
The report must be received within 7 (seven) days from receipt of goods in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for shipment and / or delivery and / or the operator.

Transfer and Cash on Delivery
If you don't have a credit card or are more comfortable with a traditional method, we offer solutions for you as well.
You can pay by bank transfer.
You can pay for delivery directly to the courier, with cash. Cash on delivery payment has an additional cost of 11€ per shipment.
